I may not be the fittest person out there, but I have been making huge strides in this area recently.
I attribute most of my success to starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in February of 2017. Eventually I’ll make a whole page of recommended tips for starting out, but for now just know that of all the things I recommend, Jiu-Jitsu would be #1 without question.
If you want to start working out at home, I highly recommend getting yourself one or more kettlebells. Whether your goal is improved cardio, fat loss, or muscle building, the kettlebell can be of assistance.
I own several different brands of kettlebell, but the absolute best are my DragonDoor bells. Top quality all around, but most importantly they have a great handle. Handle shape and feel are key to hand health when doing high volume swings or other kettlebell exercises.
